Rent must be paid in advance directly into the official Moveme account.

The vehicle must be returned by 10:00 AM the next day. Returns after 10:00 AM will incur a late fee of 10% of the daily rent per hour. Delays exceeding 5 hours will be charged as a full day's rent.

The user is not permitted to take the vehicle outside city limits without prior permission. Unauthorized out-of-city travel will result in a double rent charge.

The user must inspect all items/accessories at the time of receiving the vehicle to ensure they match the checklist.

The user must strictly adhere to legal speed limits and all prevailing traffic rules and regulations.

The user is responsible for keeping the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean.

In the event of an accident, regular rental charges will continue to accumulate until the vehicle is fully restored to its original condition. The user is entirely responsible for all repair costs.

If the vehicle is stolen while in the user's possession, the user must continue paying the daily rent until it is recovered. If the vehicle is not recovered within one month, the user is liable to pay the full market value of the vehicle.

It is the user's sole responsibility to record a detailed video of all pre-existing dents and scratches before taking possession of the vehicle.

In case of any mishap or accident, the client must inform the company within 2 hours of the incident.

For monthly rentals, a 30-day advance notice is required prior to terminating the agreement. Failure to do so will obligate the user to pay for an additional 15 days of rent.

Any mechanical or electrical damage caused due to user negligence must be repaired and rectified by the user.

In case of an accident or any damage, all repair work must be carried out exclusively at a workshop designated/preferred by Moveme.

The registered user must drive the vehicle themselves and is strictly prohibited from allowing any third party to operate it.

The vehicle must not be used for any illegal operations. In case of an accident or unlawful activity, the user will be solely and fully liable for all associated police and legal cases.

Users must remove all personal and valuable items before handing over the vehicle. The company accepts no liability for items left behind.

The client will bear all costs related to any subsequent legal proceedings. Furthermore, the client is solely responsible for paying all traffic violation tickets (challans) issued during the rental period.

A security deposit of PKR 5,000 is mandatory at the time of booking as an E-Challan Security Deposit. If no E-Challan is issued during the rental period, the full security deposit will be refunded 15 days after the vehicle is returned.

The daily rental includes up to 100 kilometers of driving per day. If the vehicle is driven more than 100 kilometers in a single day, an additional charge will apply for each extra kilometer. The additional per-kilometer charge will be calculated by dividing the daily rental amount by 200.
